- 8 Medium size shrimp, cleaned
- 3 Guajillo Peppers cut in thin round slices
- 3 Garlic cloves thinly chopped
- 1.5 Oz. Olive oil
- 1.5 Oz. Entregozos Mezcal
- Sea salt
Pour the oil on a frying pan with a slow fire, pour the garlic and when its colour starts to change add the shrimp and peppers. Once the shrimp are well cooked raise the intensity of the fire and add the mezcal and a pinch of salt.
