Portion: 2 people



  • 6-8 Lettuce leaves chopped
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 1 tomato sliced in four parts
  • Peanuts, amarantos or sunflower seeds, roasted
  • 2 slices of pineapple, roasted and chopped
  • 200 gr. of fresh cheese cut in small cubes



  • 300 ml. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Oz. ENTREGOZOS Mezcal
  • 50 ml. agave honey or “piloncillo” sugar
  • 2 pinches of maguey worm salt



Place the ingredients in a salad bowl arranging them in an appealing fashion.

Add all the ingredients of the dressing in a closed container and shake well, pour over the salad as desired.
