- 6-8 Lettuce leaves chopped
- 1 sliced avocado
- 1 tomato sliced in four parts
- Peanuts, amarantos or sunflower seeds, roasted
- 2 slices of pineapple, roasted and chopped
- 200 gr. of fresh cheese cut in small cubes
- 300 ml. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Oz. ENTREGOZOS Mezcal
- 50 ml. agave honey or “piloncillo” sugar
- 2 pinches of maguey worm salt
Place the ingredients in a salad bowl arranging them in an appealing fashion.
Add all the ingredients of the dressing in a closed container and shake well, pour over the salad as desired.
